Returns & Exchanges

At Thread For Your Head, we want you to love what you wear. If your new headwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
